The representative that was sent to my home to explain everything explained everything in simple English terms that made it an attractive offer to get the services. He was kind and smart and generous and made sure that I knew everything before the service technician showed up and started his job installing the system. He, too, explained everything that was easily understandable without having to resort to the user's manual. I would highly recommend Brinks home security to anyone I meet.
