People very friendly and knowledgeable. Need to update their method of notifying previous security companies that you are changing from them to Safe Home. They scribbled on a blank sheet of paper for me sign and send to former company that I was changing companies to. It was very unprofessional. The first morning after I had Safe Home installed, I accidentally set off the alarm. Didn't get quick response and nothing from the police. ??

The overall experience was good, we got more coverage for a lesser price. The only drawback is the installer mounted the sensors for the windows on our shed in such a way the only way an alarm would be activated is if the window was physically removed from the building. We have a work order in place to rectify that situation.

I spoke to my sales rep 2 days after installation because a camera wasn’t,t working. It has been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. This is why Igave up on. Rinks. Did I make a mistake?
