the switch was quick and seamless the salesman was informative the tech was efficient and knew what and how to upgrade the existing equipment

I was totally impressed with installation and testing of my new alarm system. The technician was very professional and took a lot of extra time answering my questions and training me to get the maximum benefit from my system. He thoughly tested and replaced all the batteries in each sensor. My old panel was replaced and the cell phone was upgraded. I feel like I received a new system.
