The salesman was professional and answered all my questions. I was surprised and pleased that the installer could come the same day! He brought with him a new employee and I could see that he was training him thoroughly. They were both very professional and made good suggestions about the system. The answered all my questions thoroughly. They showed me the app and taught me how to use it. So far, I'm very pleased with Safe Home Direct.
