We were unhappy with our old service and our son-in-law recommended Safe Home due to his positive experience. We spoke to the Brady boys and agreed to the new service. They were able to connect to our old wiring and made sure the sensors were working and replaced those that weren't. They also had to replace the battery backup and did so, quickly. We are still tweaking some of the settings. But have had no problems.

Outstanding customer service from Joseph Bell and the crew that showed up to upgrade our "system". However, we still have not received our camera door bell replacement. We are NOT able to lock our back door and "arm" it.

It must be difficult to go door to door selling anything, but we gave the representative a chance and he knocked it out the park. Gave a very clear explanation as to why he recommended I change. Once we agreed to the terms, the installer came in not 10 mins later and was out of there in no time. Great service all around and I'm very happy with our new security system.

The marketing manager was very thorough when explaining the security system. The technician was very quick and friendly when installing the system. I have had some tests done and the company calls to let you know about any alarms very quickly.
