The representative for this company was willing to work with us to get us a better security company. We had nothing but problems with our former provider and were very leery of getting into another contract. This representative provided us with some pointers on how to end the last contract without penalty and made it a smooth transition. We love our equipment and the installer was very patient and informative. He was actually the reason we decided to stay with this company and hope for the best.

Alarm system was great, but I had to cancel because my husband doesn’t have a smartphone and the first day i set the alarm I forgot to give him the code.
