Such an amazing experience!
Such an amazing experience! I wasn't expecting Tyger to be so understanding patient with all the questions I had about the systems and how they work. I'm a single mom of 2 and I'm so happy that I have this peace of mind now. He was able to give me a great deal and the tech to install was on time and also so knowledgeable. I'm so thankful how much safer I feel at home now.

The sales associate Tyger, I must admit as someone who has worked in sales I have never met a more passionate and considerate young man. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and spoke to me as if we are family. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after our conversation. DIY home security not always best
My wife and I recently relocated to a new home in Arizona and was considering one of the many DIY home security systems currently on the market. If you don't already know there is a multitude of systems available from which to choose with a variety of features and pricing that can be a bit overwhelming, so when Joe Boupha from Safe Home Direct came to my door, coincidence or not, his timimg couldn't have been better. Joe spec'd out a security system from Safe Home that not only met my needs but even exceeded some expectations with high-end wireless sensors, an intuitive control panel, solar powered high-def cameras and, what has come to be, a reliable monitoring staff. And all for the price of your basic internet service. Joe was not only forthcoming about the system's capabilities and the associated costs, but his installation technician was also knowledgable and courteous. But kudos also have to go out to Safe Home Direct's Customer Support and their Alert Monitoring Groups as well. You see, once the system was professionally installed it was put to the test the very next day (by accident). I had purchased a Smoke/ Co detector to replace an antiqated detector installed by the previous owner; and to further complicate matters we switched carriers, due to poor cell service in our area, and purchased new phones with new numbers. You may see where this is going. Upon installing the new smoke detector, I briefly tested it to ensure operation and it was just enough to trigger the Safe Home Smoke listener. I quickly cancelled the alarm at the control panel, but we had changed our cell numbers the new contact info hadn't quite made it through the system. And because the monitoring group was unable to reach either of us, the local Fire Department was notified. Moments later a truck arrived in front of our house. Eight (8) minutes from the moment I pressed that "test" button to the arrival of the first responder is impressive and the fail-safe protocol of the monitoring group had a hand in that response time. Although it was a false alarm, the bottom line here is the system worked! Had it been a real emergeny that kind of alert reaction could be life-saving.
