The experience was top notch. There was a slight glitch with the video interview. I had to conduct the interview via phone. Once that was completed the installation went very well. The installers name was Eric. Top notch guy. Very knowledgeable. He resolved any issues that occurred and worked to accommodate our request. Again, top notch. Hopefully our experience during this contract. I would also like to mention Fabian. A professional that represented himself and convinced me to move forward with your product

Nicole was very friendly and astute, she was very clear and frankly by the time she left she was family in my eyes and then came Julio friendly, communicated clearly made sure we understood how the system works, but most of all he was diligent and patient through all the little things that that happened could see it was frustrating for him but he kept smiling and working through it.
