Safebound Moving & StorageReviews of safeboundmoving.com

Brett, Rich, and Rolando did an amazing job moving us for the second time in four months. Punctual. Safe. Treated our furniture as if it was their own. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was moved safely and securely and done in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

i shopped around a few different places and ended up choosing safebound moving amd storage. they called prior to tell me they would be on time as discussed, they came amd did a walk through and even though there were a few extra things brett left my estimate alone. watching him and steve work was amazing. they had me all wrapped up and moved out of my apartment and on my way to texas in under 2 hours. thank you so much you two, i really appreciate it. big shout out to Brett and steve. i highly recommend them.

The crew was thoughtful and considerate about our pieces and took the time to make sure everything was moved as needed. I appreciate that when I wanted to be careful of a certain part of area they took it seriously. Did a great job. Will use again.

Last April I made a very big mistake, I hired Safebound Moving and Storage to moved us from Florida to North Carolina. It started out with them Lying to us about the cost. I called and told them that they had underestimated the price and was told several times "We are professional movers and we know how to pack a truck." 2 days before the move the cost had gone from $14000 to $36000. I should have cancelled them then. But they already had $7800 of my money as a deposit. There packing crew showed up and only 1 could speak English. They went thru the house spreading paper and boxes. Adding to what we had packed already. Before they were thru they wanted me to sign a computer form saying how great they had done packing the house. I refused. The truck arrived, they loaded it and the new crew and Driver unloaded the Boxes and other items into the new house. They did not stick around to unpack. The driver wanted to get home to Miami that day. Another BIG Mistake was that I did not check the Trailer. I think he either left several big boxes on the trailer or they were never loaded on that truck. As I slowly unpacked I found I was missing several $1000's of Antiques and Collectables, plus About $2500 in Jewelry that I just found to be missing. I found One box that was packed with old Hummel's the was dropped, then dropped again so over a $1000 in figurines were broken. Lamp shadeds were crushed and jammed into big boxes. Conclusion: PACK YOUR OWN STUFF!!! It took a long time to get unpacked, My Wife was very sick and unable to help. I was contacted by someone from Safebound and told that they "Wanted to handle my claims in house and he could find me another 150 year old 400 day clock" to replace the one that disappeared. It been a couple months and I haven't hear anything back from him. Whatever you do hire another company to move yourselves not Safebound!

Ryan, Nico, & Danny We’re on time & very efficient. Our move turned into a bigger job than we anticipated. They were great!

First of all, the entire move was a major life change for us, leaving my home in South Florida was very difficult. But your company and the wonderful men you employ made it smooth and fast. I am old as is my husband, your crew enabled us to feel safe and secure, the move was professionally managed by the young man leading the team, they were polite, very helpful and made the entire move to Orlando feel like everything is going to work out. They knew exactly what was needed for the move, what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and most of all, we felt they were our friends helping us for our next chapter. Thank you all so very much.

They're sketchy, highly DON'T recommend. The truck they arrived in was unmarked, to begin with, the pack up and load up workers were nice enough. They were efficient. After they finished, the supervisor wanted me to write a review, I was having trouble getting to the review site, so he took my phone to find it, then proceeded to write the review. Yes, I could/should have stopped him, but I was exhausted and already felt like everything was shady enough, I didn't want to piss off the guy with my entire household under his control. Apparently, they off-loaded that truck onto another truck at some point, so my stuff was handled at least twice. I was not there upon arrival (over two weeks later), but the person who was there said the staff were pleasant enough. There were additional charges both when they picked up and dropped off. Lots of additional charges. Lots. Thousands of dollars. We've just begun the unpacking process, and first box up, every single item was broken into pieces. So, we're dreading how much else has been lost. Do not, and I can't emphasize this enough, do not use this company. Don't do it. Just don't.

Missing items and damage to several pieces of furniture.
