I order the part,but somebody called me to explain that the part cannot be delivered To canada.

Although the part number and nomenclature was a bit confusing, i.e. “1/2 Set”, both motor arm and idler arm were included in the box along with new mounting hardware. Great product and very timely and free shipment/delivery directly to the RV Resort. 👍 -jc

Unfortunately I have not received the awning, it is back-ordered.

While Camping, I broke an awning arm during a wicked hailstorm, not a good thing 150 miles from home. Called carefree and talked to Taylor, H and he had the replacement up-dated arms on the way that day. Excellent customer service.

After having an awning arm collapse under a moderate rain load, the people at Carefree worked with me to obtain upgraded replacement arms at a significant discount over the OEM arms. Installation was straightforward and only took a couple of hours to make the swap.

Carefree motor control arrived today 7 days after placing order even though I was contacted and told it may be 3-5 weeks before delivery. This exemplifies extraordinary service and I commend RVCarefree for this excellent expediting. Replacement control was plug and play easy to install and works perfectly.

The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected. Included were all the parts and hardware required to install the anti-billowing kit from scratch. Even the striker plate was in the package. Only problem... All the parts and bolts were inside a zip-loc plastic bag which came open during shipping. Every part, bolt, screw and seal was loose inside the box, some trapped under the bottom box flaps. Carefree even sent a .pdf (email) with instructions for kit installation and rigging. It is a real pleasure working with these folks!

Ordered my Awning Sept 2021- still no awning. Sent the wrong size in the box, then got the new one this past week and guess what it is wrong too! It is manual when I ordered powered. All of this was done through my RV repair shop. Hopeful it won't take another year to get it. Extremely frustrated!
