Purchased a replacement awning arm end cover. I tried ordering the party myself off Amazon, and I ordered the wrong part. Called Carefree. They directed me to where the serial number and model of the arms were located. With that, they had 2 of them in stock and shipped one out to me right away. Price was great. Shipping was great.

I recently needed a part for an awning. I was able to download a parts illustration and figure out what I needed to order. It got a little tougher after that, in the parts illustration the code 006 designates the color which is black. When you try to find the part number with the 006 it doesn't work. I finally used BLK at the end of the part number and guess what? It worked! It could have been a little simpler. Anyway, got the part and I'm a happy camper.
