Giving an understanding of what hrv is and why it's important to be aware if what it's doing

HRV has always confused me. Great to start learning a little bit about it.

It's al AI generated and almost impossible to cancel. Invoices are not available. And when you e-mail you only get answers from een AI bot. How is this even legal?

I like the fact that I was given three things to do on the first day to improve my HRV that were possible to accomplish with little effort

The information provided was decent and educational, but they make it VERY difficult to figure out your subscription dates and how. to cancel. I was 2 days late and they charged me the entire $88 for the next 3 months. I don't want to use it any more. If you get a subscription, be sure to write the expiration date down.

Free trial renewed even though I had contacted the company to cancel. I was charged at total of £69.98 for 5 weeks access. The contents is also sourced from other areas of the Internet, so not even original. Absolute scam. Don't do it.

Based on my experience, I'd say its a total scam..
