Disgusting company. The founder spouts all of this rubbish that they are supporting ill people then they spring subscription traps on them. Paid trial of £34.99 Which was rubbish so stopped using it then without warning they take £99.99 12 weeks later. I can’t wait until it’s illegal to do this in Autumn 2026 in the U.K.!

First day so can’t really say much. I already have a pretty decent HRV and already do most of the suggested activities, sleep great, etc. but just looking for a few tips that I may not have considered. Today I learned that stopping I deep breath a few times a day can make a difference.

It was a solid 2.2 mile run at a 14:30 pace… slow but comfortable… my conditioning is terrible… I haven’t run in six months due to a batte with Sepdis and it’s going to be a long trek back. Y’all say you can do it… I hope you are right!!!
