Good first day - easy to apply tips which will make a big difference in the long run.

This company is fraudulent. I have never received any services from them. I reached out to them and they give me circular conversation asking for more information and then restarting the questioning. I used Apple Pay to pay them initially and they continue to charge me every month claiming that they can’t find my account. I have changed my Apple Pay card several times and they still managed to charge me. I’m three months in have never had any services from them. Cannot get them to cancel it and cannot get Apple Pay to block them. This is a nightmare.

I purchased a 4 week program and noticed that 2 charges for the same amount were on my credit card. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I had purchased an "upsell". Though I did not purchase anything additional, I was still told that both charges were non-refundable. I would stay away from this as it is scammy. The company is not based in the US.

I wear a whoop and need to work on HRV...I get that these basics all need to be communicated but I do all of this already. My HRV hoovers around mid to low 20:s it's been as high as 45 recently. I am in the gym training six days a week. I ski I golf very active no drugs or alcohol.
