Customer service is great!

Overall great door
Ordering was easy. Coop door was easy to install. App to program door works great. Overall happy with product.

I love this Run Chicken door
I love this Run Chicken door, and so does my hens. It was easy to install. I set mine up by time. It opens at 9am and closes at 10pm. It opens and closes on time every time. we have used it 2 weeks and now I wish I had bought it sooner.

Spectacular customer service / great product

East to setup, delivery notice needs improvement
East to setup, works great! Only service improvement needed is to send the customer an estimated delivery date upon purchase. I had no clue if delivery would be in 1 day or 1 month. Received a shipping notice more than a week after purchase.
