I have had 3 run chicken products and have loved them all! We had the OG auto door and upgraded to the infinity after a couple years (the infinity was nit available when we first purchased) and now have the auto feeder as well. I have never been disappointed in the products. On top of it, customer service is VERY responsive via email and will answer any questions to have, help to troubleshoot, and will take suggestions. 10/10 all around, great company.

I contacted customer service because I was unable to get my T50 door to save the settings I programmed with the updated app, or so I thought. There were several back and forth emails with suggestions for me to try to remedy the problem. I had already performed all of the suggestions and nothing seemed to be working. After several conversations via email, I was told that the new settings do not appear on the app and I should reprogram the door and then test it to see if it worked. I did (sitting in the chicken yard, waiting for the time I had set for the door to close) and it closed on the exact minute I had it programmed to. And, the home screen on the app still had the old time settings displaying from before the update. I was very happy because I did not want to buy a new door right now and I'm tired of having to go to the coop to let the birdies out every morning.

We have a number of run chicken products. The customer service is really some of the best I’ve experienced. A real person responds quickly and the concern is resolved. I’ve recommended run chicken not only because of the products but also because their customer service is so good.

Faulty product and they replaced it!

The new update really messed things up, unfortunately. I have the older T-50 model, which the app wasn't the greatest to begin with, but it worked fine & you could tell the times you had set & battery level etc. Pretty basic, but it worked. After the update I couldn't adjust times or anything. It wouldn't show a "set" or "save" option. I contacted customer service & they were amazing. I sent screen shots & video etc. Apparently I had to adjust the font size to the smallest setting on my phone for the "set" button to show up. I would give 4 stars if the app would at least function like previously. Right now I can get it to set the times to close/ open etc but the app still shows my old times & doesn't give battery level meter anymore, or let you know that what you actually set went through. (before there was a "success" notification after programming) It's a sturdy door. I don't care about "adding my flock" into the app (although it is a cute feature) but I'd rather be able to see the times set on my door & battery level like previously. Hope the next "fix" adds that function back in. 5 stars for the customer service - 1 star for the app after the update.

I had a great experience with this company. After receiving my automatic chicken coop door, I discovered there was an internal malfunction. I reached out to their customer service team, and they promptly provided a free replacement part without any hassle. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their product and take care of their customers the way they did. Because of this positive experience, I’ll definitely continue purchasing their products in the future and will gladly choose them again if I need another door for a new coop.

I contacted the company because my T50 (older model) door stopped opening automatically in the morning. They immediately sent back instructions on how to program the older models using a tool provided. In about a minute my door was working again and I didn't need to purchase a new door. Company stands behind it's products and customer service is great.

Thank you so much for your patience with me as I "fixed" my door. I am not technically savvy and had to be given step by step instructions to update my older door!
