Dear Nell, We're sorry to hear about your experience. First, we'd like to apologize for the extended wait time. At the time of your order, demand for our feeders significantly exceeded our forecasts, and we were unable to maintain the lead times we had originally communicated. We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected for a product, and in your case, we recognize that we fell short of the standard we aim to provide. We're also concerned by your report that the feeder arrived with a malfunctioning door and later sustained damage during use. After reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any prior support request related to these issues. This means we unfortunately were never given the opportunity to troubleshoot the problem, provide replacement parts, arrange a replacement unit, or discuss a refund if appropriate. We strive for perfection in both our products and customer experience, and receiving a broken product is certainly not aligned with the standards we set for ourselves. Had we been made aware of the issue earlier, we would have wanted to investigate it immediately and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.
