Never delivered
I ordered an auto door and it was never delivered. I sent several messages, no response. I will never do business with them again. Still have not been refunded.

Happy with the door for the most part
Happy with the door for the most part. Pros are ease of installation; color (we got mint), and timer setting with anti-pinch mode (great feature because chickens wake earlier than I do). Cons include loud noise when door opens and closes; needing to stand right next to the door with my phone to operate manually - it doesn’t work/ won’t connect to my phone from any distance other than 1 to 2 feet away (another reason we switched to timer).

The doors work great but don't last…
The doors work great but don't last very long. Averaging replacing them every 2-3 years.

Horrible service
Horrible service Missing hardware. They told me they’d refund me $10 and go find the hardware on my own. Asked for a return of the product. Said it’s my responsibility to pay for shipping. Don’t believe the hype. Bad customer service.

When you informed us about the missing screws, we promptly provided the exact dimensions and offered a $10 refund in case you were able to find a replacement set locally. We understand this is not ideal and apologize for the trouble. No weird construction constraints
Item arrived quickly. It was a very easy install. Ours was and install on a new build, so we had the ability to adapt to any unknown needs, but as it happens it needed no adaptations and would have been just as easy to install on an existing structure. Programming is easy on the app. I've only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it is working great.

A Great Product sold By a Great Company
The sales process was easy and clear. The product arrived in a timely fashion. I felt like I was dealing with with a family business. The product was as described. It works flawlessly. We've had two other chicken doors this being the best and easiest for our goose to enter.
