Awesome therapist. Ms. Miser

Being virtual is convenient and difficult. It's challenging to relate to the provider and sometimes it does not feel they understand the whole case history. At least they were open to discussing what we need more of and if that was within their scope. Not a lot of leadership in the discussion just active listening.

The process from the beginning has been stress free. Once my insurance approved my therapy, it was so easy to look/find a therapist and schedule my first appointment. The convenience of having a weekly zoom appointment takes the stress away from having to get to an appointment. My therapist has been so helpful, we have a way to go but I have definitely benefited already from our sessions. Cancelling appointments is also a breeze, all done through their site online. Highly recommend it.

Very frustrating to use. Most times I don’t have a link to join or it shows up 10 minutes after my session is supposed to start.

Yasuko is amazing. She is very smart and gives very good advice. I feel like I am in good hands with her.

My therapist, Rebecca Parham, is absolutely amazing! We’ve made great strides in my mental health. I do have to say that whenever I need to call the Rula office, it’s never a pleasant experience, and the patient portal is the worst I’ve ever used. But, my therapist is outstanding!
