Great fit, first try, same week availability!?
Found a great provider on the first try with availability the same week! Such an easy to use and intuitive platform. Really shows the company puts patients first. Truly a breath of fresh air.

unauthorized charges
unauthorized charges. RRULA sent an email showing a 0 copay and deductible, and then proceeded to charge the card. You cannot get a hold of the biling department and 100% of the time you get the runaround with any billing issues.

Therapist was shopping on the phone
My therapist Ms . Lee was at the pharmacy during our last session also she mixed me up with another client. I was hurt , sad , mad and all other emotions. I already don’t have many people to talk to , but the one i thought i could depend on and pay still failed me .

Therapist told us that she could not…
Therapist told us that she could not help us. She was not going to make us another appointment. Nothing was really fixed with our counseling. Nothing really was with all of the problems.
