The folks at Rula told me they take my insurance (Blue Shield of CA), then charged me as self-pay. I asked what was happening and they said they don’t take my insurance(?). I’m now down over 400 dollars from multiple sessions.

First time taking therapy and I was nervous and very worried about my experience but I am honestly really happy with the support from this .

I have NO complaints, on the contrary I'm thankful for the help they provide, how well they understand my issues and their ability to help me overcome my issues.

Finding someone to talk to was very easy since Rula listed the professionals “focus” so I could find someone who really fit my needs. I hadn’t done therapy in awhile and was nervous but who I ended up going with matched very well and the conversation came very naturally. The session did not feel like I was doing a typical get to know you meeting. Made me transitioning back into therapy a lot easier as sometimes you don’t find the right professional right away. Would highly recommend!

I have not done any kind of therapy or counseling in years so I took a leap of faith and tried it since I am going thru a grieving process. She is professional and honest with you and understanding.

Rula makes the therapy experience very easy I appreciate that it feels like a modern platform, was easy to find a therapist, billing was easy.. all was pretty seamless, especially knowing how painful some healthcare places can be. Would recommend

Really simple and easy to use and navigate, finding a therapist. Had a great experience with how easy and efficient it was with the insurance. They came through fast and took care of me. Great range of therapist, so happy with my selection and the work we’re doing!
