I like working with Marlayna, as she is patient, listens well, and gives good advice.

My therapist seems like she’s probably a very nice person, but at this point I’m not sure what she’s like as a therapist. I’ve seen her three times now and 90% of our time has been spent filling out forms and dealing with the administrative portion of my therapy. I’ve seen therapists for most of my life so I expected the first session to include some intake, but so far this feels like I’m wasting my time and money. Not only am I filling out forms with her but also expected to fill them out before each session. I’ve never had to do this before, even with my psychiatrist. I came back to therapy because I wanted relief and help, but right now all I’m feeling is a little bit frustrated.

Samantha Davis is terrific! There was a mixup with the system though and all of my future appts were canceled. It might be a computer glitch so I hope that can be fixed in the future.

My therapist is a great listener who knows exactly how hard to "push." I feel like I have made significant progress over just three sessions, and I have been in therapy several times over the years.

I like the ease to find and work with an experienced therapist

I was initially told Rula accepted my insurance and started with therapy sessions, which were going well. I was then told you do not take my insurance and would have to pay cash to continue. Even after asking, I have received no explanation as to what happened or changed or if there was anything I could do.

Rula has been a god sent service. Absolutely love working with them. Everyone is amazing and friendly.

Finally a therapists who saw past General Anxiety Disorder. I struggled to treat my anxiety with previous therapists, and Henri realized I was actually experiencing trauma responses due to CPTSD. Now I finally have the answers and treatment I need to get better.
