Customer service is great by phone or email and there are a plethora of therapists and psychiatrists to select from. Rula website allows you to message your provider and schedule appointments with ease.

Just really easy to use the platform. The insurance process is so easy. And the provider I’m working with is really good. However, the zoom is not the best. But maybe that’s just my providers internet connection
