Wonderful life changing experience in a positive way and still working on this journey with my therapist.

Communication and honesty. It is very difficult to reach out to my provider. I had documents that was sent to rula in order for it to be sent my exact provider. She says that never received the documents but rula support has confirmed that she did receive the paperwork. It has been 3 months and forms has not been filed per provider.

I got paired with a great caring, attentive therapist. I advise people to really trust your gut and go with a therapist you have a connection with. Also, the Rula platform was really easy to traverse. Thanks rula!
