Erica is a great therapist. She has partnered with me to address my mental heath needs. She explains our action plan and makes sure that I understand.

It is very accessible and easy to do from home with children to be able to get the help that I need. The doctor is understanding and compassionate.

The various times you can schedule therapy works for just about anyone's schedule. The therapist or professional on time and know how to help you work through your issues

This process of finding a therapist was very easy. My appointments with my therapist are very easy to do. Making my appointments is very easy and she accommodates my schedule.

I feel that I'm being listen to and understood with the issues that I have. When my section is over I feel really good

I appreciate the ease with which I was able to begin my journey through Rula, and very much appreciate being able to work with Pamela Shannahan-Sturgon. Her approach fits my personality and therapy style (for lack of a better phrase). Being able to meet remotely is also a win for me.
