Beware of this companies billing practices. I had to cancel my appointment 5 hours prior because I work in healthcare and we were short staffed. The next day my credit card was charged $99 for a no show fee. I emailed their customer support dept as well as reached out to my therapist to tell them I had cancelled and neither one responded.

I love the idea that it lets you search through all the therapist that may fit your needs. Then I get to pick who I want to work with. The therapist that I’m working with has been amazing for me.
