Seamless connections and my therapist Marian Marioni is the best!!!

She is very honest doesn’t make things uncomfortable makes me laugh feel safe with her

The lied about accepting my insurance, gave me a provider who was not qualified on what I was seeking care for. The sessions were five minutes long (one where she refused to be on camera). It was a waste of my time, a rip off of my money and problems/stress when I was seeking mental health assistance. Scam Company.

I couldn’t get myself into therapy myself, I had just given up trying!!! My PCD gave me a reference to RULA and I received a call from a lovely young man 15 minutes after the referral was sent! An extremely courteous young man Shubh Anand, called and made introductions, explained how RULA worked, asked about my preferences regarding a therapist, what experience I was looking for, always pausing for any questions I might have and would I like to proceed with making an appointment and supplying insurance information to see if I would be covered by my insurance company. As we were talking, my PCD’s office called to inform me they had sent in the referral to RULA and I should be expecting a call,the young representative was politely waiting on hold for me(!) and I told them we were already making arrangements! In a 12 minute phone call, I was able to select a therapist, find out about my insurance coverage, out of plan costs, the price cap for any therapy session on out of network services and options for payment. I had a choice of telemedicine or in person sessions depending on where I lived. I chose to go with a therapist chosen by my doctor and RULA set up my appointment for the next week, with 5 follow up appointments with the understanding that I could change my therapist if I wanted to. I could also change any of the appointments that I didn’t want. I was sent a list of 35 different therapists resumes before my first appointment, including the therapist my doctor recommended for me so that I had choices. I had previously made arrangements with my PCD to review some of the therapists and chose one on my behalf. I did review many resumes and was impressed with the variety and scope of the individuals sent. It was made clear from the beginning that at any time,if I was uncomfortable or didn’t feel I had an appropriate fit with my chosen therapist there was no problem finding another good fit for me, I feel that bears repeating!! I have had my first session and it was an excellent choice for me! Diana Klebanoff is my therapist and she is excellent! I believe RULA has made a very difficult decision process as streamlined as possible especially during a time for some people when you aren’t up to the task yourself to make numerous phone calls,get referrals, never get return calls, etc., RULA makes it happen or I would not be in therapy right now!!! Thank you RULA, Shubh Anand, Diana Klebanoff, Dr. Michele Leder and nurse Lisa! Please avail yourself of RULAS services if you need to speak to a professional about your mental health, navigating the mental health system as it exists today is dreadful without compassionate,competent help.l trust any representative of Rula will provide you with an equally successful outcome! ♥️

My experience was great

I joined Rula through Kaiser. The process from getting enrolled to my first session was a breeze. The therapist is great and well-qualified. Setting up future appointments have been easy as well. I highly recommend the service.

I ended up in the hospital from a terrible relapse with alcohol. I knew I needed to take action, more action than I’ve ever put forth before. My insurance called me and set me up with a mental health evaluation. Then they set me up with my new therapist through Rula. Rula emailed me a couple forms to fill out. Then I met with a therapist named Christy. Who was great!! I have four more appointments already set up, and an assignment to complete before my next visit. I’m excited to get healthy!! Things like forms and the internet stress me out instantly! This was amazing.

Variety of friendly therapists. Mine in particular helped me by providing detailed break downs on whatever I am dealing with. Has send me homework to help me how to cope. She is excellent!
