Having appointments via Telehealth is convenient and way less stressful than trying to fight traffic and find parking for an in person appointment. My daughter (age 17) has only had one appointment, however, the experience of finding a therapist was wonderful. She got to read over profiles and even look at videos that some had put out to review. It put her at ease and let her pick who she felt comfortable talking with. The experience from when I was her age is vastly different and I am so grateful.
