The process was simple and easy!!

I have found Rula very easy to use and the providers to be very responsive, helpful, and professional. I have tried other applications with similar services and they lack intuitive user interfaces and often providers are minimally effective in the telehealth sessions.

The options available fit different personalities and styles

My counselor helped me steer through a very difficult and stressful time Oreos in my life. It had been invaluable. He’s given me new thoughts to think with and help me to process what’s been going on around me. Don’t think I would have made it through this time Peyton so successfully without his and Rulas help. Thank you so much.

My therapist is Great but the Rula app is just such a pain. I mean, every time I have to get a link just to log in. I want to be able to freely log in and out. I don't want to stress because I'm waiting to get onto my account after receiving an authorization link just to then access a damn Zoom link. It's just so many steps, and honestly, it's not easy to navigate, especially when looking for a new therapist and you can't always even get authorization to see a therapist right away. Sometimes you have to "see" if your insurance will accept it even if Rula has your insurance. There are just a lot of extra steps to get some mental health help.

The therapy is helping me work through some difficult emotions and I am making progress. I am very appreciative of the help I am receiving

The easy access to the website and just my therapist have been overall fantastic I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking help. The price for it is very reasonable too.
