It just makes everything simple and makes you accountable for appointments

It’s easy and stress free making appointments and reaching out to my therapist. I wish there was an app so that I didn’t have to keep relogging in through email to check a message. But all in all the easiness has been what has made me stick with it and after the first initial visits I have seen major differences.
