The doctors are helpful, friendly, and understanding. Very supportive. Customer service is also very friendly and helpful. The whole of Rula provides tremendous healthcare for mental health and I am grateful.

Rula works within my timeline, they send reminders which I love, the online login process is simple and convenient, and I really feel like I am being listened to and care for.

Rula is very easy to navigate and makes the concept of "going to therapy" a little less scary. My provider is very kind, empathetic, and patient with me. I have been provided strategies that I can apply outside of therapy to help navigate my struggles.
