I had put off seeking a therapist’s help thinking that my issues were too private to share, but I am so glad I finally sought the help I needed. My therapist has allowed me to go at my own pace; I have never felt pushed to discuss an issue until I was ready. Our talks have helped me a lot, but I have also been given tools to help me deal with my anxiety, depression and relationships with others. The site itself is easy to navigate and I love being able to have my sessions in the privacy of my own home.

I love that you could pick the person that you think would be best for yourself and what you’re going through. They’re very friendly and understanding. Their app is easy. I also love that I can sit at home in video chat or even have a phone conversation for the comfort of my home.
