My therapist was extremely supportive…
My therapist was extremely supportive and understanding. Listening without offering judgement & helped me move forward through my dramatic event

It was easy to find a therapist
It was easy to find a therapist. She has really helped me delve into my past and heal so much of unresolved trauma. I can see her online so it really works with my schedule and it is very comfortable when I can sit in my own home and join via Zoom.

Lots of options
Easy to find and narrow down from the list. Having a picture of the therapist and the bio helps to choose a best fit for me.

Initial appointments canceled
Initial appointments canceled and then I was charged and had to be refunded before even seen.

they suck at accountability
We made two separate appointments and the first one the therapist canceled within 10 minutes of our session and when I asked about finding a different time because we got a babysitter, he didn’t respond and never apologized. I got a second therapist and she didn’t even show up. It’s super frustrating

Rula is simple to use even for us…
Rula is simple to use even for us non-tech people. Scheduling/rescheduling is easy to do thru the portal. Not to Mention my therapist is Amazing.

Rula is user-friendly and a positive experience
I can honestly say that Rula is one of the most user-friendly platforms I’ve experienced for getting mental health care. Their team helped me figure out insurance and referrals and was super responsive. It’s easy to choose and schedule with a therapist, and make changes to appointments and even change providers or add additional types of therapy (family, couples, etc). Their patient portal is easy to use and makes it easy to communicate with my provider. I have recommended Rula to my family and friends!
