I have been using Rula as a therapist for over 3 years now, and have genuinely appreciated the ongoing improvements to the platform. The support staff is consistently helpful when I send clients directly to them with questions or concerns, and that makes the whole experience feel more supportive and less stressful for everyone.

It's great having therapy from the comfort of your home with a therapist who is really good and listens. The check inn is very easy and the video connection is always good.

Wanted a therapist for my 10 year old autistic child. Rula is an in-network provider with my insurance. Put my insurance information in and great! It’s in -network and it will be a $25 co-pay. Had weekly appts through November and December with $25 copays. All of a sudden I’m hit with $700 in charges from them with NO notice or even statements in the statement section to justify these charges. I contact them and they ask for my insurance and verified that it’s in network and a $25 copay. With NO explanation of the extra charges. I email back - and they say it’s my insurance companies fault. I contact insurance and they say RULA is coding and billing it wrong that is why is why I was charged the full amount. It can be resubmitted and they can get paid. Great - I tell RULA so they can rectify it and they say they did nothing wrong and it’s my insurance companies fault. They have done NOTHING to help rectify this for me and I am out $759 because of them. I would not use them!!!!

An initial glitch had me very upset but the team at Rula worked around the clock to fix the problem and set me up with several appointments with the therapist I had chosen. I found everyone I spoke to be so kind and understanding, no judgement just kindness. I am not used to kindness.

Fast, easy, affordable

I have my own therapist and then my couples therapist. Both of them have been amazing. I feel comfortable being vulnerable with them and they have helped me grow in so many ways.
