I ordered $49 worth of items for my new grandson on 2/4/21. I still have not received a confirmation email. I looked up my account on their site and it states no order placed !!! The amount was charged to my Amex card. Waiting for customer service reply.

I just order an outfit for my new baby granddaughter (arrival March). The outfit appears well made, arrived in a very timely manner and washed very well. Can't wait to put her in it in the Spring/Summer. Definitely will buy again!

Ordered two swimsuits and three sun hats for my granddaughters. The order took quite a few weeks to complete, and then I was notified that they were "upgrading" me to two day delivery via FedEx...that was 3 days ago, and i still don't have my order....and nobody can tell me where it is, or when i will be receiving it. I won't order from Rufflebutts again.

Absolutely adorable! Well made and comes wrapped in tissue paper. Can’t wait to see my granddaughter in this bathing suit this summer.

I would love to be able to review the actual items I ordered for my granddaughters but I’ve yet to receive them. I had added monograms too. I’ve checked on the status of my order and see it is in monogramming process. I’ve sent 2 texts messages and both times got a quick reply. The second person told me my order would be shipped the next day, but status remains “monogramming process”. Not sure how long it will take as it wasn’t mentioned how long to allow for monogramming when I ordered the swimsuits.

Had to exchange a sun hat , wrong size was sent. Called customer service and they are sending out a new hat right away.
