Ordered something for a baby shower. Paid for priority shipping, and even though they say they "strive" to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day, my order placed at 10am hasn't shipped after 48hrs. When I requested to cancel the order that had not even shipped yet, I was told I only had 30 minutes after placing the order to make any changes! And no this wasn't a customized order... So to reiterate: you have 30 minutes to cancel, but they can take over 48hrs to even ship it. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Cute clothes but I received my full price items on 2/14 only to see the same swimsuit went on sale on 2/17! I contacted them for a price adjustment as it had only been 3 days but they refused. I could have sent everything back and reordered, but they don’t offer free return shipping. Might make sense to order from a department store where price adjustments are honored, rather from them directly.

They are the cutest leggings. I bought 5 different pairs for our granddaughter and they look so adorable on her. Love the ruffles on butt and bottom of legs. Unfortunately the ruffles on butt are coming off. Not holding up at all. Wasnt very happy when my daughter asked me not to buy anymore because they are not worth spending the money.

I do love the quality of your clothes but the sizing is so off with your leggings! How does one baby fit into a 12-24 month size with the range of heights and weights? I bought three leggings and they are so tiny that my 18 mo old granddaughter, who is in the 26th% for height and weight, could not fit into them. I've returned this whole order.

My issue is some of the clothing faded badly after first washing in cold water. Clothing looks like it has been washed 20 or more times. Cute clothes very disappointing.

I ordered one gift for a cousin and then ordered another to be sent to someone else. I know I typed in the second address because I had to look it up. Maybe I didn’t push the right buttons or whatever, but both order confirmations showed the same shipping address. I emailed you to ask to have the error corrected and was insulted it was. But both orders went to the same original address. Now I have to ask my gift recipient to send the one gift on to the correct person.

I love the product! BUT I hate how when you order from the website it takes TOO LONG TO PROCESS THE ORDER!! Don’t pay for fast shipping. You will not get it when you expect it! Falsely indicate... Disappointed!!!

Customer service was very helpful when I did not receive my tracking information. The way it was packaged was top of the line high end. I bought a rashguard, board shorts, and a hat for my 6 month old baby. Everything looked amazing when I 1st got it. After the 1st wash the board shorts faded, the rash guard is hand wash only, no problem with the hat. Size runs small. My baby is 18lbs and their size says up to 23lbs. I guess I should have looked at the size chart before I bought. I gave them two stars due to the price and how bad the product faded. At a high price point I expected better quality.
