I love the customer service and quality of the Ruffle Butts product. I feel the bathing suits run a bit small, so need to keep this in mind. I like the sales they offer, however, you have to pay for your own return shipping. This to me counteracts the savings ... I just had to spend $10 at the post office, to return a suit that was too small for my child. That's the part that is disappointing if you don't happen to get sizing right.

I was excited to get this swimsuit for my niece’s birthday gift on June 4. I ordered May 31 and emailed company June 3 since I had no status and was told due to Memorial Day they were slow. Finally shipped June 6 and I rec’d June 8. Swimsuit was cute and good quality but made in China. Will definitely buy again.

At first I had an issue receiving my item that I had ordered due to it being on back order and not being updated when it was going to be very late to ship BUT the customer service was amazing when dealing with my issue and I received my items. The quality is always top notch and the items are adorable.

I have ordered from Ruffle Butts multiple times in the past. However, the sizes seem to be smaller than in the past. The transaction was easy, shipping was fast, and the quality is great. However, I will be sending back our swimsuits to exchange them for a larger size.

I bought my 3 granddaughters 2 bathing suits each, they love them. I just wish they were a little cheaper so I could afford to buy them more :-)

Honestly, not impressed at all for the price they ask. I purchased a $27 cardigan that was supposed to ship Aug 26th, and I still have received no tracking info for it, almost 4 weeks later. No idea where it is, but my daughter needed it for school.......3 weeks ago. We purchased a dress at full price last spring, and my daughter ripped the side wide open the first time she pulled it over her head. Stretchy, yet very thin material. Now, she has to wear a brand new(expensive) dress with crazy looking homemade stitches down the side because I wasn't going to throw it away. We've never had these problems with Carters, Target, or Old Navy dresses, for a fraction of the price. Update: I have updated my experience from 2 stars to 4 stars, due to their customer service. Rufflebutts reached out to me personally via phone call and refunded me for the item that ripped; then, gave me a $10 coupon to make up for the item that took 5.5 weeks to arrive. They also gave me free, priority shipping on the replacement order that I made with the refund. Every customer service agent that reached out to me was kind and professional, and wanted to make things right. I appreciate that in a company!

Very cute hat! I look forward to see how well it protects our little girl from the sun! Our little girl is 3 weeks old and the hat is WAY too big! Wish it fit better!

The clothes and quality were wonderful- I gave them as a gift to a friend and she loved them! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the checkout process on the webiste was not remotely easy at all, especially if you are paying with PayPal (I do not use my credit card directly on websites). If they can make checkout easier, this would be a five star review!
