I ordered a bathing suit (monogramed) and a sun hat for a shower gift....the bathing suit came but NO sun hat, it has been charged to my account and hopefully I will get the hat in time for the event....i am so dissapointed

I ordered one gift for a cousin and then ordered another to be sent to someone else. I know I typed in the second address because I had to look it up. Maybe I didn’t push the right buttons or whatever, but both order confirmations showed the same shipping address. I emailed you to ask to have the error corrected and was insulted it was. But both orders went to the same original address. Now I have to ask my gift recipient to send the one gift on to the correct person.

Updated review: There was an issue with the shipping of our order and the Rufflebutts team responded quickly and they rectified the situation. I really appreciate a company that listens to their customers and takes action to ensure satisfaction. This was our first order and it won’t be our last. Can’t wait to see our little one in her new adorable swimsuits!

Thanks so much for your order Maureen. We show it placed at 8am on Friday, March 27th and shipping the next business day, Monday, March 29th via USPS Priority Mail. This is, per the USPS supposed to be a 2-4 day ship time to you from Dallas, TX. We apologize on their behalf that your order wasn't delivered in time for Easter and we share in your disappointment. They obviously do not care once they have your money. Took over 7 days for my items to ship. As I write this, my gift that was supposed to be delivered many days ago has still not been delivered. I will not be buying from this company again. Amazing companies can get away with this kind of customer service and still charge for shipping!
