Love your product, however, after 7 days of placing an order and 2 days of receiving the order, the swimsuit went on sale (from $50 to $26.99). I called and they stated that adjustments will not be given, that I would have to return to product (pay for shipping it back) and then rebuy (pay for shipping as it is under $50). Not very customer friendly.

Although I have received multiple notifications that my order has shipped-it remains waiting a label. I have been disappointed with the efficiency of your system this first time I use it.

I love your products, but all of the pieces that I purchased for my daughter were too small. In addition, I often don't read the return policy.. which is on me but it is really an expectation today that returns and exchanges are free. while i recognize that this is a tough bar for some smaller companies... what should not be a tough bar is providing a place for a customer to print an label. Returns need to be easy, without easy returns i simply don't want to order from someone in the future... especially toddler clothes and bathing suits. Thanks, Jen

I can’t believe this swimsuit didn’t have buttons at the bottom for diaper changes... it almost makes me want to just send it back. Please change this!

I would love to tell you more about the items purchased but they haven't been received it. Your web site said 3-6 days for delivery. I ordered 11 days ago and dont have them yet. Not happy about the length of time for delivery. You need to set realistic expectations regarding shipping days.

First, thanks so much for your order and apologies for your disappointment. Our offices our located in Dallas, and we're apologetically still running a bit behind as our offices was 100% closed and without power for almost a week here. We do have a small note regarding delayed handling times currently b/c of this event and COVID restrictions - and regardless we are sorry for your less than 5 star experience.

Very cute outfit but the red faded the first time it was washed. I did follow the washing and drying directions and the dress still faded.

I have had good luck from Ruffle Butts in the past, but like all things 2020, this purchase was less than stellar. I did not receive confirmation that my order was fulfilled until 2 weeks after purchase, and 10 days after receiving shipping info, I still have not received my items. I know it is not 100% the fault of Ruffle Butts, but is frustrating that I may not receive my order in time for Christmas. Fingers crossed they arrive in time.
