I've been purchasing these swimsuits for the past 3 years and they are the best on the market! They keep my little one from getting sun burned on her arms and are a great quality. They are also cute as can be! Thank you so much!

RuffleButts has amazing customer service, with that and their wonderful, adorable products, I keep coming back to order more. Anytime a problem occurs, or need a change or just a quick question, customer service representatives have handled each so well, professionally, courteously and with very fast responses.

You know I have ordered from here several times, NEVER had it taken so long. My order was “processing” got 9 days. That is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered this large order for our vacation and we left 11 days after I ordered and it STILL wasn’t here. I will NEVER order from here again. And the fact that when I reached out to them and they didn’t offer to expedite my order is gross. I’ll stick with Carter’s. Still don’t have my order, and not one bit surprised.

Thanks so much for your business Whitney and apologies for the delayed response here. We aim for 5-star customer service and apologize if we've fallen short with your experience. If you reach out to [email protected] they'll be happy to research your order further. It's certainly been a busy Q1 this year with the ice-storm in Dallas, historic Los Angeles Port delays and continuing to social distance in our office to keep our valuable team members COVID-safe. We've been literally fighting every day for our amazing customers and apologize for falling short of your expectations. We hope you give us another shot in the future and, regardless, please do reach out if we can help.

Too bad they get one star, but there was nothing lower. I ordered on 3/4/2021, paid for fast delivery for a baby shower. On the tracker it was not listed as leaving the warehouse. On the 9th they finally got it at the Post Office. Instead of Priority delivery, its being shipped first class. I call Monday the 8th and a young lady assured me it would shipped today and I would get an e-mail with the tracking number. It never happened. Now they say it will be delivered on the 13th. Yes the items are cute, because of their service, I will look for other baby clothing distributers that are more reliable. I will never take a chance with Ruffle Butts again. So much for a late shower gift.

First, thanks so much for your order and sincere apologies for your disappointment Ray. Our offices our located in Dallas, and we're apologetically still running a bit behind as our offices was 100% closed and without power for almost a week here. In looking at your order I see you did call in on 3/8 and that we shipped your order the same day. I am having our team research as to why your package shipped the class that it did and we are crossing our fingers gets to you quickly. Thank you again and apologies again.

I would love to tell you more about the items purchased but they haven't been received it. Your web site said 3-6 days for delivery. I ordered 11 days ago and dont have them yet. Not happy about the length of time for delivery. You need to set realistic expectations regarding shipping days.

We do have a small note regarding delayed handling times currently b/c of this event and COVID restrictions - and regardless we are sorry for your less than 5 star experience.

Thanks so much for your business Deb and so sorry your item didn't work out as intended. It's true that as a small business we currently do not offer free returns / exchanges. We, in our site policies, try to outline this and will let our team know about your review to see if we can make this more clear. We do offer free exchanges (we'll pay shipping for the new item to you), but, as you stated, we do not currently cover shipping of items back to our headquarters. It's something we're exploring, but as of yet has not been implemented.

Hi. First let me say, I’m looking forward to my first order being received. I ordered on Feb. 3rd. At the time I understood products were on back order and would go out around Feb. 15th. As far as I know this has not happened. I haven’t received an email of shipping w/tracking. I found it unusual to receive a request for product review before my order is filled, and a little irritating. I AM looking forward to my daughter and granddaughter receiving the order, so I hope I hear from the company soon with an update. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your business Barbara and apologies for the delayed response here. We aim for 5-star customer service and apologize if we've fallen short with your experience. If you reach out to [email protected] they'll be happy to research your order further. Solely as FYI, the Los Angeles port has experience historic delays / backlogs in which some of our inbound shipments have been caught up within. We try to keep our customers updated with emails and such, and will further review our internal process to ensure the best communication possible in the future. Regardless, please do reach out if we can help.
