I placed my order yesterday for outfits I needed by Friday because we leave for our trip Saturday. The product was listed as READY TO SHIP, and their website says multiple times that they strive to ship orders placed before 2 PM the same day. When I reached out, instead of simply saying they would try to get my order out ASAP, I got into a back-and-forth with them about how it wasn’t guaranteed to arrive by Friday. I never asked for a guarantee. I wanted them to at least try. They kept explaining why it wouldn’t work instead of understanding why I was upset. These were the cutest and most affordable outfits I could find for my girls, so now I’m stuck looking for something else last minute. I ended up canceling my order. The whole interaction was frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from them again. I’m in the process of taking this further since what they clearly have listed on their website is not accurate

We have ordered a couple things here and there and been satisfied. Here recently we ordered some pajamas, and one of the pants was the wrong size. Their customer service was incredible. I did not have to wait days to hear back. They responded immediately and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours, which was great because my toddler was so excited to wear her new jammies. We appreciate this company and the quality of their products. We will be returning customers for sure. Thanks RuffleButts :)

Very happy with my purchase from Ruffle butts! I ordered 3 suits for my daughter and matching suits for my husband and I. The quality is great and we are so excited to all match together. Also the customer service (Summer was who helped me) was amazing and prompt to send me out a replacement order when my order was not delivered to the right home. Will be shopping with this company in the future!

We have been Ruffle Butts customers for almost 5 years now. Quality is excellent, length of wear is also phenomenal. Colors and options for apparel and bathing suits are awesome. I don't think there are enough positive descriptive words for the type of company this is. They care about their customers and their product quality and that is rare to come by. We recommend RB and purchase gifts for our friends and family too. Customer service is outstanding too. Thank you RB for being a true and valuable resource for clothing.

I love the customer service and quality of the Ruffle Butts product. I feel the bathing suits run a bit small, so need to keep this in mind. I like the sales they offer, however, you have to pay for your own return shipping. This to me counteracts the savings ... I just had to spend $10 at the post office, to return a suit that was too small for my child. That's the part that is disappointing if you don't happen to get sizing right.

Ruffle Butts makes the best bathing suits and their customer service team is the absolute best. When I ordered the wrong size for my daughter, they helped me get the correct size in time for her birthday!
