My hat never arrived

Terrible customer service from this company. No phone number to be found- attempted to get order updates via email, contact form on their website and FB messanger- to no avail. Ordered my product 2 1/2 weeks ago - their website states domestic deliveries are generally 3 to 5 days. I understand there can be delays, but don’t understand why no one will provide me with an update. This was a birthday present for my husband. Perhaps someone monitors THIS platform.

My hat it self was beautiful. BUT when I finally got it, the brim was Really Bent Badly, So much so I had to take it to a local hat shop to get it straightened out. Unfortunately, the brim was shaped different. It’s not that I didn’t like the job that they did, it’s just wasn’t like what I bought from you guys. And it also fit really tight. I wear a 7 1/8 I would like to give you guys another chance but I don’t want to experience a bent hat again.

Apart from some packing and shipping issues they are good at making it right. I might add though, the hats are awesome.

I ordered a hat on the 1/2/25 and didn’t receive my hat till 1/20/25 a little over 2 weeks my event done came and went on the 17 .. so I will be asking for a refund

Great service great hat custom feel and look highly recommend

Aesthetically, it’s a very attractive hat. Fit and comfort are another story-I ordered the recommended size and it was ill fitting/too snug.
