Cabinets are good quality and what we expected. Design option was great. Before ordering I noticed the design had a filler piece but it was not on the order list/quote. Thankfully caught that in time. Delivery was a bit of a mess. Delivery is on road, not driveway, which was unexpected but ok. The truck had no way to lower the cabinets so we had to get them off the truck without a lift gate or dolly. Not ideal, we had some very heavy boxes. We figured it out. Design I was offered shorted a piece of crown which we noticed when we started the crown after everything else was done. I had to pay full cost for additional piece after the fact, but they cut it down to avoid having to pay extra shipping. The entire piece was not sent but I was charged for the entire piece when the designer made a mistake. The shipping was waived on the crown due to the error. Just didn’t sit well but had no choice. Overall I would order again but I would just make sure I triple check the design and items ordered. Also make sure I have extra help on delivery day.

From their design team support to quick shipping to the quality of their products, I’ve been thrilled with RTA Wood Cabinets. This was my first DIY cabinet project and it was a great success thanks to RTA Wood Cabinets!

I contacted RTAWOODCABINETS.COM and asked for a designer to help me design my new kitchen. Devora Klang was the designer who contacted me to help. I had an idea of the layout but Devora dialed it in for me. She patiently made every adjustment and talked me through the design, sending me new layouts and pictures with every adjustment. She was always quick to respond. I can't thank her enough. The cabinets are just as expected, beautiful and solidly built. We had one damaged door so I contacted Devora again and she got it taken care of the next day. My experience with RTA and Devora Klang was 10 out of 10.

The cabinets are beautiful. I had some problems and went over budget due to circumstances. I would make sure if you use a designer, the kitchen island cabinets are base cabinets not wall cabinets. I went with the assembled cabinets instead of RTA. Manager Zach helped me out and worked with me throughout my project. Thank you Zach, nice professional guy! I would recommend this company.

They made ordering easy and the person who handled my call was very professional.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. There were some issues that fell short. 1). The delivery men couldn't wait to leave, not helpful. 2).missing 2 rollout shelves 3). 1 roll out was put in crooked 4). I have texted, emailed my contact Christine with questions regarding the amount of deco panels and skin for the back of some cabinets. No response.
