Just finished putting them all together, very easy, especially liked the indentations where brackets needed to be installed

Great customer service, easy to get a hold of someone to talk too directly without waiting. Cabinets were delayed but due to snow storm, delivery guy was super friendly as well.

Quality construction, great communication from customer service, and the finished product looks fantastic. The only suggestion I have, a little clearer instructions on assembly would help. We figured it out in the end.
Response from RTA Wood CabinetsMay 5, 2026
Thanks Kenneth, really appreciate the feedback! Glad you’re happy with the quality and final result. Our assembly videos on the product pages are much clearer than the paper instructions.

Didn't know what to expect ordering cabinets online, but the experience I had was amazing. Hadassah my designer was very good and knowledgeable about the cabinets and how they would fit in the space I had and most of all she was very patient and courteous. Thank you Hadassah for all your help! Just what I wanted

Customer service was great and when I had an issue with product delivered it was replaced within a week. I am very satisfied with RTA Wood and would recommend them as I have been doing.

Too early to juge the quality as we just installed them. We need to see how they perform with changing weather and humidity. However, I was not pleased with plywood quality used for body of the cabinets. It was not the best but overall cabinets look good and seems high quality stain and hardware.

Thank you, Eddy, appreciate the feedback. Totally understand wanting to see how they hold up over time. Glad to hear you’re happy with the overall look, finish, and hardware—feel free to reach out if anything comes up as you start using them more.

Bought 15 cabinets from RTA after about a weeks worth of me changing the plan and the designer helping me avoid mistakes. Then sent deposit in and with two weeks I had Beautiful new Ivy colored Shaker cabinets arrive in 15 boxes. I spent about 20 hours assembling them, and the only thing missing was a few minor L Brackets in all those 15 boxes. Very happy with the construction. I have yet to install them in our kitchen as demo just started....

Thank you Brandon, we really appreciate the review—glad everything came in quick and you’re happy with the Ivy Shaker cabinets. Good luck with the install!
