RTA canceled my order based on my review. I contacted RTA to ask why and they base their decision on a hypothetical scenario. They did however offer to reinstate my order if I deleted my review and payed for the cabinets via a wire transfer or a check. I declined their offer. Let’s be clear RTA states it does not cancel orders based on a review. The bottom line is I posted a review and RTA canceled my order.

This is my 1st time ordering cabinets on my own. RTA staff, Devora & Zack made the order process very easy. 1st i ordered sample doors for color & style. Then i provided the lay out, measurements, pics & wishes. They drew the design, we went through the details. Order was placed & received within a couple of weeks. I bought fully assembled cabinets, they were all packed well, once opened, the quality, color & etc. were perfect. Do not hesitate to order a new kitchen on your own if you have a person who can assemble these cabinets for you. Kitchens are so expensive, if you order from a kitchen design store or even just changing the doors of the cabinets maybe more costly than buying a brand new, top quality kitchen from RTA. Do not hesitate to order it from RTA, its a very smooth process. I wish i did this w/all the renovations i did over the years.

The service between planning, purchasing and delivering was an excellent experience. The cabinets look like exactly as on the pictures and are high quality. The build descriptions were very bad though but the few posted youtube videos helped. But better written assembly steps would have helped.

I purchased the Highland white shaker style cabinets and the whole experience was great! Akiva was great to work with… knowledgeable and responsive! I chose to assemble the cabinets myself with a friend. No missing parts and the premarked, not pre-drilled, marking was helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a DIY solution!

The cabinets came in a timely fashion. However, some of the provided screws broke, the cabinets had dings or scratches and we did not have instructions or correct instructions for a fair amount of the cabinets themselves. Building them isn't terrible with 2 people but we wasted a day searching the internet for instructions on assembly. Im not sure that we can recommend this route to others.
