Hi Jennifer, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We do want to clarify that your order was for 2 Luxor wall cabinets, and we have detailed step-by-step assembly videos available directly on the Luxor collection page to help walk through the process. We also have no record of any calls or emails requesting assembly assistance or reporting damage. If any part arrived scratched, we’re always happy to help — we simply need a photo sent to our customer service team and we will get the replacement part out right away. Please reach out to us so we can make this right.
