I felt like the consult was very quick, even though I was asked if I had questions, I didn’t feel like the doctor really had time to answer them. He was, however, very thorough with his explanation. Also, I requested a different shipping company and my first order was sent by the original shipping company that I didn’t want. I emailed the person who confirmed all my information and my request about the shipping company and it took them about 5 days to respond. All my other interactions with the staff were pretty awesome up until this point.
