Extremely Satisfied!
I have had nothing but a tremendous experience. Super easy to get my shipments, always on time, billing has always went smoothly. Getting the bloodwork done for checkups is also super easy, quick, and convenient, as are the check up calls. I'm stoked that I've signed up for this service. Today is Sept 9th - it will be one year in November. Very glad I started working with Royal Medical Center!

Amazing, went for HRT
Amazing service, very professional. From start to finish it took only a week to do everything with treatment shipped to my door. All inclusive no hidden fees, awesome. I appreciate RMC for giving me my life back

They say no hidden fees but guess what...
I’m a current Royal patient who just tried to cancel...but guess what, if you cancel in less than 6 months they say they will revert the lab fee back. This is ok with me since it is what I agreed to however what they didn’t tell me was that they would charge me $600-$800 for a lab that I can get myself for $279 (max). The labs they ordered for me didn’t even include Free test, SHBG or a lipid panel, I had to pay $67 myself to have those tests ran because apparently my soon to be new provider actually cares about my health. If I were you I would look elsewhere, they claim no hidden fees...well guess what, I found one. So now I’m stuck with them for a few more months because I refuse to pay triple what a lab would cost me.

Eric W. Anderson, Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Royal Medical Center has no hidden fees. In the Terms and Conditions Agreement, it states that lab costs will be reverted to the patient should they wish to cancel within the first six months of treatment. SHBG testing is not a part of our standard protocol, we offer it as an additional service at an additional cost should a patient request it. We guarantee you; we have one of the most affordable all-inclusive HRT programs in the nation. Patient care is important to us; our program is rated ‘excellent’ by 514 of our patients, I hope this clarifies things. Yours truly, Royal Medical Center
