Everything was so easy and simple from the first phone call to getting bloodwork done, to taking my weekly injections. The coordinators and doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This has been life changing for me i feel 21 all over again from physical to mental.

It’s been great. Things are fast and on time. If you ask a question, you get a fast answer. I once emailed a question to my coordinator and, within 10 minutes, my doctor called me himself. Dosing is good. You will FEEL the difference in no time. Stamina is just like being 22 again.

Okay my family Dr. Did bloodwork and found out I was low on testosterone & a couple of other things so she said i needed TRT cuz I have been just bad fatiqued for a few years low sex dive, moody as hell and other things she put me on Testosterone at a very low amount only per month thatz when I did my own research and found you all at Royal Im almost in my 4th week now and seeing alot of improvement already but you guys are great everyone from there Dr. to the office staff so I'll be letting you know where I'm at but so far so great!!

Overall my experience so far has been great. Were it not for the individual I spoke to who told me "not much work gets done on a Monday, call back in a few days" pushing my virtual meeting out unnecessarily, I would have given a 5. Since that mishap everything has been smooth. Looking forward to results while on therapy now.

The process of me getting the hormone prescription i needed was simple and it didn't take a lot of explaining to get what I needed. The Royal Medical staff is understanding and lenient when they need to be. Royal Medical started me off on a reasonable dose with a reasonable once a week protocol, not something super low and spaced "eons" apart so you wind up with same/lower levels than before. Also very knowledgeable about ancillary alternatives and different administering techniques i never knew about, but was necessary due to changing legalities. The process and administering of the medicine was/is as convenient as possible.

I’ve just started my TRT with Royal. I can say initially was a bit hesitate with it being online but have been overly impressed with the thorough start of things. The needed physical, blood work review & the virtual doc appt. All people at Royal have represented themselves nothing but professionals. The Test prescip arrived with all needs & a little extra...ED sample I plan to hang on to.

The staff and doctor’s at RMC are outstanding! They explained the process and provided great feedback and guidance during the entire process! A great professional experience!
