We love Rover and the 24/7 love and attention our pups get. Only frustration is the website is not very user friendly and that 20% goes to the company vs. 10%.

I was happy with the quality of pet care. My dogs are very attached to us so how they respond to the pet sitter is key to whether I will use them as determined by the introduction visit. They were well cared for I had. It used Rover before so it was unclear whether I could ask them to do other things like easy housework - sweep and/or vacuum floors to get rid of dog hair. The only thing I had asked for was to put garbage out and get our mail. This should be more clear when hiring a pet sitter. It isn’t much fun to come home to a dirty house.

Easy to use and so far they have vetted real good..

I am new to Rover. We were on a cruise when we found out that a current doggie sitter had a medical emergency. We were able to find Tammy within 15 minutes, and she was able to go and visit our pup within the hour. Our dog requires eye drops and oral medications. Tammy was wonderful! She continued to check on her multiple times each day for the remainder of the cruise. We were at ease knowing that our fur baby was being well taken care of.

Rover is new for me. Once I tried it, I’m a fan. It nice to have a favorite cat sitter, and I know there is always a backup. My cats love Jesse!
